Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Stone Brook Audio (“Company”) and the individual executing this Agreement via submission of this form (“Creator”).

This Agreement becomes effective upon submission of the form by the Creator (“Effective Date”).

1. Parties

The Company agrees to provide the Creator with a complimentary license of the SBDelay plugin in exchange for the creation and publication of promotional content featuring the product.

2. Purpose

3. Deliverables

The Creator agrees to:
 

  • Create and publish at least one (1) short-form or long-form video demonstrating SBDelay

  • Ensure the video includes clear and audible use of the plugin

  • Publish the content on at least one platform (including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube)

4. Content Requirements

The Creator agrees that the content must:
 

  • Include a before and after comparison (e.g. dry vocal vs processed with SBDelay)

  • Clearly demonstrate the plugin in use

  • Be original and created by the Creator

  • Accurately represent the product and its capabilities

5. Tagging & Collaboration

The Creator agrees to:

  • Tag @stonebrookaudio in the published content

  • Invite @stonebrookaudio as a collaborator where the platform supports this feature

6. Timeline

The Creator agrees to publish the required content within 14 days of receiving access to the plugin, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. License Provided

In consideration for the Creator’s performance under this Agreement, the Company will provide:
 

  • A complimentary full license of SBDelay
     

The Creator retains this license for personal and professional use.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Creator grants the Company a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
 

  • Use, reproduce, edit, adapt, and distribute the content created under this Agreement

  • Share the content across marketing channels, including but not limited to:

    • Social media

    • Website

    • Paid advertising
       

No additional compensation shall be owed for such usage.

9. Content Standards

The Creator agrees that content must:
 

  • Maintain a professional standard of audio quality

  • Not contain misleading, offensive, or harmful material

  • Not damage the reputation of the Company or its products

10. Independent Contractor

The Creator is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of the Company.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the plugin or participation in this Agreement.

12. Governing Terms

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements relating to its subject matter.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting this form, the Creator acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
