Billing, refunds, and subscription management are controlled by Apple
We do not store your payment details

SBDelay (Plugin)

You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your system before purchase

Studio Services

Pricing and payment terms will be agreed before work begins
Payments may be required upfront or in stages depending on the project

App purchases: handled by Apple according to their policies
Plugin purchases: may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
Studio services: non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise agreed

All content, products, and software including:

Note Trainer
SBDelay
Website content
Branding and design

are owned by Stone Brook Audio / MattJProductions.

You may not:

Copy, distribute, or resell any part of our products
Use our branding without permission

6. License (SBDelay Plugin)

When you purchase SBDelay, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin.

You may:

Use it in your own music and productions (including commercial work)

You may not:

Resell, share, or redistribute the plugin
Upload it to file-sharing platforms
Attempt to bypass licensing systems

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep all services running smoothly, but we do not guarantee:

Continuous availability
Error-free operation

We may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential losses
Loss of data, income, or business
Issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g. Apple, DAWs)

All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

You are responsible for ensuring:

Your DAW supports the plugin format (VST/AU)
Your system meets minimum requirements

We are not responsible for incompatibility with your setup

10. Studio Services Terms

For studio work (production, mixing, etc.):

Timelines are estimates unless agreed otherwise
Revisions may be limited depending on agreement
Final files are delivered once payment is complete
We reserve the right to refuse projects

We are not responsible for the policies or actions of these third parties.
